Special provision (chapter 99)

This is a temporary modification established pursuant to trade legislation (chapter 99, subchapter III of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule). It applies only to the goods and countries it describes, under the U.S. notes to that subchapter; unless otherwise stated, these provisions are effective until suspended or terminated.
